
The Baghdad Care Factory Project is an industrial development established in Baghdad, Iraq, aimed at manufacturing hygiene, disinfectant, and cleaning products to support both local market demand and institutional supply. The project includes the construction and development of production halls, storage warehouses, utility areas, administrative buildings, and supporting infrastructure. The scope of work covered civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems, in addition to installation of production lines, water supply networks, drainage systems, HVAC, firefighting systems, and power distribution works.
The factory was designed to comply with industrial safety standards and quality control requirements to ensure efficient production operations. From a project management perspective, the works required detailed planning, cost allocation, procurement coordination, and construction supervision to achieve timely completion and operational readiness. The project contributes to strengthening local manufacturing capabilities and reducing dependence on imported hygiene and disinfectant products within Iraq.
